Shelly Chen graduated from California College of the Arts in 2012. She worked for featured animation movies including “Ali’s Dream Castle(2024)" and “Throne of Elves(2016).” Besides that, she also took commissions from animation, comic, and gaming industries.

Marvel, BOOM! studio, HS Entertainment, Mili Pictures, Unbox Industries, and many other NDF projects.
